    White Pacific Securities has a dedicated department that specializes in the analysis and marketing of real estate offerings that qualify for the tax benefits of a 1031 exchange. 1031 exchanges are for real estate owners seeking tax relief upon the sale of a property and investment diversification.

    Mandarin Pacific Asset Management (MPAM) is a registered investment advisor whose primary function is to provide wealth management services for clients with a Greater China investment perspective.
